FAQ - Question for Photo Finale are in Green and for Photo Center in Red
I have installed the Photo Center software, entered in the store number but I get "Images are being downloaded from Store" when I click on "Print at Store"
Give it a little time- it takes several minutes of all the product list to download from our photolab to your computer. This time will depend on your download speed from your internet provider. Just leave your program running. Several minutes later again click on 'print at store'.
I would like to change from Albion to Ord for printing services I am using the Photo Center Software.
The Print Center Software loads on your home computer in this location- ?My Computer > Local Disc C: > Program Files > PhotoCenter . Open up the PhotoCenter Folder. In this folder you will find a file called options.xml, delete this file. The next time you open up the Photo Center Software it will ask for the store number. Put in the new number and you will connect to the new location. (Ord- 1528, Albion- 1480)
I am using Photo Center Software and I have an order error, I can't get any order to upload to Good Life.
You will need to delete a pending order that will not transmit to Good Life. This may happen if you try to submit a non JPEG file or submit an image that has been moved from it's original location on the hard drive. Go to- My Computer > Local Disc C: > Program Files > PhotoCenter . Open up the PhotoCenter Folder. In this folder you will find a folder called "orders" double click on this folder to open it. Delete all the orders in this file. Now restart the Photo Center software new orders can be sent now.
Will I get a confirmation that you received my order?
Yes, if you enter in your email address we will send a confirmation that we are processing your order.
Can I use a credit card instead of paypal.
Yes, if you are using Photo Center software you can select Pick UP as the delivery option and then call the Ord location at 800-752-5694 or the Albion location 402-395-3353 and talk with one of our staff. If you are using the Photo Finale Upload credit card is the preferred method of payment. We can process your credit card locally.
Will this software run on my Mac computer?
The Photo Finale software will work for Mac and PC computers (best if used with Microsoft Explorer), the Photo Center software will only work for a Windows PC computers.
